This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead and grow a talented Engineering team. Responsibilities. Lead and manage best practice standards across the business. Carry out weekly operations meetings. Manage the financial aspect of projects. Manage the annual budget targets in productivity and labour. Develop and promote continuous improvement across the business. Develop new procedures/structure to increase overall efficiency/productivity within the company. Requirements. Relevant Degree. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Management and leadership skills including change management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
