Rochford Motors is a family owned dealership specialising in exceptional cars and service since 1981. Main vehicle dealership for SEAT and Mitsubishi. CVRT Test Centre for Light Commercials. The job requirements: • Handling and accurate scheduling of appointments according to customers’ needs. • Liaising with customers and agreeing costs. Finalising and explaining of invoices to customers. • Effective loading of the workshop to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. • Ability to promote our service range & promotions. • Understanding and implementation of manufacturer’s warranty policies & procedures. • Quality control of vehicles prior to delivery to customer. • Control and implementation of necessary manufacturer’s standards and procedures. • Management of a team of technicians to ensure quality workmanship and high levels of efficiency and productivity. • Analysis of departmental profits and growth opportunities with management. • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers. • Control of VTN test centre, implementation and control of test standards and procedures to RSA standards. • Control of a small in-house bodyshop, including job pricing. Candidate Requirements: • Have excellent communication skills and be organised at all times. • The candidate must have excellent customer service and be professional at all times. • Must be motivated and driven to perform to the best of their ability. • Must be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team. • Must have excellent attention to detail. • Must be able to manage a staff team productively and efficiently. • Excellent computer skills are required. • Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage. • Experience of Autoview V6 and VWGI systems would be an advantage, but not essential. Salary negotiable, commensurate with experience.
