EPS Group have an excellent opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join ourService and Repairsteam in the Mayo region. A vacancy has arisen for an Service Coordinator / Projects Engineer based at our Ballyhaunis branch. The position involves the co-ordination of site based teams to deliver full mechanical, electrical and ICA service and maintenance to our clients in the West & North West Region. The ideal candidate would have proven track record in a similar position in the water services or industrial market. Responsibilities; Reporting direct to the Service Manager the role will primarily include the following: Provision of Engineering support in delivery of service & maintenance to our key clients - Irish Water, Industrial Clients, commercial Clients & Internal Operate division. Project manage capital projects being delivered by the EPS Service Team for our key Clients. Supervising existing service contracts and insuring that service schedules are being adhered too and documenting same. Compiling service reports and issuing same to Client. Taking service calls from our Clients and co-ordination of emergency call outs as well as planned maintenance. Communicating service costs and spares costs to our Clients. Liaising with suppliers regarding the supply of key component spares and replacement parts. Insuring that all service calls are opened on our ERP system. Co-ordination of equipment repairs with our in-house repair facility based at Head Office in Mallow. Completion of method statements and Risk assessments for service activities with particular risks. Skills / Attributes; Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills. Strong engineering analytical and problem solving skills. A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience within similar service industry. Technical knowledge of 3 phase motors, starters, pumps, dosing pumps and associated instrumentation would be an advantage. Experience in Fault finding in general. Ability to co-ordinate & Manage a highly computerised Service management & stock system. Educational Requirements. Third level Mechanical or Electrical Degree or Diploma would be desirable or Candidate to demonstrate sufficient experience in similar role.
