Responsibilities include: Ensuring the store is well managed. Delivery of top standards in store presentation. Reaching and exceeding set targets to ensure the store is high performing. Ensuring all staff members are fully trained, with particular emphasis placed on customer care. Requirements: 2 years experience working in retail management within the fashion industry. Experience managing, motivating and developing staff. Exceptional customer service skills. Enjoy taking a hands-on approach to management. Excellent presentation skills.
