Acrow Recruitment are currently looking for a Procurement and Front of House Sales Executive to work for a very busy Lighting and Electrical Company in County Mayo who specialise in lighting installation and maintenance. Duties: -Actively approach customers who need assistance and advise them on the best solutions in order to generate great customer experiences. -Purchasing and negotiation of goods and services including negotiation of prices, vendor selection and generation of stock orders. -Inventory management including reviewing and maintaining stock. -Identify, report, escalate and manage out-of-stock risk, inventory levels and logistical challenges which will impact on customer service levels and sales revenue. -Deal with inquiries from the sales teams with regards to large orders and stock availability dates. Requirements: -Qualification in Business or Supply Chain related subject or to be Supply chain qualified would be beneficial. -2 years’ experience in Purchasing negotiation and Stock Control. -Full Clean driver licence. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with good systems experience - strong Excel & Word experience required. -Ability to make timely and sound decisions in a fast paced dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and new workloads. -Ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence department decisions by providing accurate, relevant data to support recommendations. -Experience in Sales would be a bonus. -Ideally previous experience working for an Electrical or Lighting Company. Salary Depends on Experience.
