Duties of the role Preparation of Master Data Templates - Supplier Data, Approval Matrices, Commodity Codes, Entity Data. User Acceptance Testing. Communications to stakeholders. Establishing new business model for Procurement & Payables. Training of new users. Post implementation support. Identify risk and issues as they arise to management. Identity system and other changes required as they arise and report to Management. Collaboration with Purchasing teams in-country, Accounting, VAT, Statutory Accounting. SOX Compliance. Compliance process improvements – this will involve working closely with some of our J&J colleagues in other sites to better understand their compliance/testing processes. Internal Audit. Intercompany Accounting. Payments and Procurement compliance – these processes will be significantly impacted by the Ariba change therefore we need to ensure our controls adequately reflect this. Assist with review and preparation of SLAs, Master Agreements and other Inter-company/divisional documentation to support Transfer pricing requirements as required. Transition activities as they arise in due course – new policies, procedures etc. Education and Experience: Qualified Accountant with minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. Project experience desirable, ideally in an international role. Strong accounting and systems skills. Project orientated and able to work on own initiative and report to Senior. Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English. Experienced user of an ERP system is essential - Knowledge of SAP preferable.
