Our client : A Nationwide Fashion & Household Retailer are seeking a experience. HR Manager : Mayo Base. Contact Daniella 086 7750646. HR Manager : Mayo Base. Advise, coach and support line managers through various situations including investigations, grievances, probation reviews, disciplinaries. Manage the recruitment process and work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure best practice guidelines are followed and processes meet business needs. Manage the induction process and plan/organise internal and external training workshops/programs. Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure the Company proactively manages HR compliance. Ensure HR records are maintained and updated correctly in line with GDPR, employment law and health & safety. Advice Company on GDPR obligations, managing the processes and procedures regarding same. Promote and coach on best practice in all aspects of HR across the practices. Liaise with payroll and provide support as required on any staff pay items linked to recruitment, internal promotions, leavers etc… Participate on cross departmental projects where necessary in order to support human resource requirements. Requirements: HR Qualification and Up to date working knowledge of Irish employment legislation is essential. At least 3 years' experience in a Senior HR Generalist / HR Mgt role with experience of dealing with multiple sites is required (Retail back ground will be a strong advantage. Approachable and professional with ability to maintain utmost confidentiality is essential. Problem solver who is approachable and solutions focused. Resilient with ability to work in a standalone capacity. Deadline focused with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
