Office Manager required with strong customer service / client account management background. Co Mayo. Responsibilities: Accept orders from customer. Data entry of customer order on system. Uploading customer system with order processing information. Co-ordinate dispatch of product. Liaise with transport companies on pick up times and customer book in. Raise Invoice and Credit notes. Deal with customer queries/request for pricing. Matching customer receipts and Debtor collection. Issuing statements. Debit note processing. Bank reconciliation. Commission report for agents. Cross check courier invoices. Supplier Invoice/credit note queries.
