Job Title: Point of Sale Application Developer. Location: Sligo. Contract type: Permanent with good benefits. This role will suit some-one who has worked for a retail (Point of Sale) solution provider or in a large retailer. Core skills and experience required: Basic SQL. Angular (or the ability to learn it. .NET C# / OOP (this experience is essential. At least 4 years experience of working in a POS/Retail application. The most valuable asset to our client is a candidate who can understand complex retail requirements, ask intelligent questions in order to verify or clarify requirements and can actually implement (IE, CODE and TEST) the desired functionality end to end in the POS system.
