Description. Seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor for our Biologics Division responsible for setting up the new laboratory to GMP standards. Responsible for the development and validation of new CBAs for clients, execution of routine validated CBAs and for the day to day running of the laboratory. Minimum requirements. Minimum of MSc in a relevant science discipline, PhD desired. 5+ years experience of working in a fast paced GMP Lab. Experience in cell culture essential, ideally in preparation of cell banks. Experience in analytical techniques essential, ELISA and other fluorescent based immunoassays. Experience of method development and method validation highly desirable. Experience working in fast paced GMP environment highly desirable. Must be able to work as part of a broader team with QA, Validations, Procurement, etc. Excellent aseptic technique and pipetting skills mandatory. Experience of managing people preferable.
